We currently only support transfers for .co.zw, .org.zw, .ac.zw and .africa domains.

Frequently asked questions

For .co.zw, .org.zw and .ac.zw domains, transfers typically complete within 1–2 days once we receive the release note from your registrar. For .africa domains, the process takes 1–5 days after EPP code submission.

No. The transfer only moves billing and management of the domain to us. Your nameservers remain unchanged unless you choose to update them.

No. For .co.zw, .org.zw and .ac.zw domains you do not need an EPP code. Simply ask your current registrar to send a release note to dns@gethost.co.zw and then submit this form.
